Become a Funder

Partnering with At the Limits meetings couldn’t be easier. With events in multiple disease areas there are funding opportunities at varying levels including exclusive industry symposia, to basic name-sponsor acknowledgement. Whatever the level of funding, we encourage our supporters to send a delegation of medical staff to attend the meeting.

Why become a funder?

With events in multiple disease areas across the globe, At the Limits is leading medical education for thousands of HCP and decision makers.

Proven

Becoming associated with the highest quality medical education, delivered by acknowledged global experts, and organised by one of the most experienced and successful teams in the business.

Multiple funding options

From basic ‘name-only’ funding packages through to exclusive, non-competitive symposia, there’s a partnership tier for every requirement and budget.

Partnership

The partnership between industry, HCPs and academia is essential to the future development of radical healthcare solutions. We facilitate those meetings in a closed academic environment.

Outstanding feedback.

Our delegate’s feedback is second to none. With approval ratings consistently in the high 90’s or frequently at 100%, we consistently create events which are scientifically independent, educationally robust, and highly relevant to our HCP attendees and industry supporters. Full meeting metrics are available on request, and we are proud of the ongoing achievements of our Chairs, Scientific Committees and Logistical teams.

Funding Tiers

A majority of ATL events have multiple tier levels enabling supporters to become involved with events at different levels of commitment.

Tier 1

Our Tier 1 funders enjoy maximum access to our events and the ability to engage with HCPs in multiple ways. You will have the option to run a non-competitive industry symposium (strictly with scientific and non-promotional content) in the main presentation room, and we will be pleased to share contact details of the HCP’s who have consented to have their details sent to you. You can also promote the session to via print collateral, roller-banners and e-blasts to delegates. If your internal compliance (and GDPR) guidelines permit, you are welcome to identify HCP’s to attend the meeting and invitations will be sent directly from the event Chairs. Finally, with a delegation of medical staff you are welcome to network with colleagues during breaks and build relationships with other delegates.

Mid-Tiers

Our mid-tier funders enjoy many of the benefits of tier 1 funders other than the ability to run a company sponsored symposium. You are invited to nominate a small number of HCP’s to attend the meeting and you will also receive complementary staff places. As with tier 1 supporters you can have a pop-up style exhibition stand at the meeting and as with all tiers of support your involvement will be clearly indicated on the event website, materials and onsite.

Foundation Tiers

If you would like to be involved with our events at the foundation level, we would welcome your support which will be disclosed across all comms channels. You will receive 2 staff places to attend and it’s a great opportunity to interact with leading HCP’s.
